| On one hand, I don't really need to do anything social for a while so sleeping means jack to me and it gives me more time to do whatever.
On the otherhand I'm really fucking tired and want to sleep again.
Anyone else here drudge through insomnia before?

| I havn't been able to sleep well for the past 5 days  its 4:14am as i type and i don't feel tired at all. I feel like i could run a mile  its also storming quite bad and i love the sound of rain and thunder. |

| I suffer badly from insomnia.
I need to keep my brain active to make it mentally tired if that makes sense.
I take sleeping pills when it gets bad, they're a good way to break the cycle.
I hope it gets better for you man it maybe cos you're stressed? |

| Just had the nicest 3 hour sleep in a long time. Usually if I try to sleep I'll wake up in 10-15 minutes and be feeling like crap. Earlier around 11:30 I literally just crashed out on the couch and woke up about 30 minutes ago feeling sorta refreshed. _________________ |

im better i usualy get 4 hours slee before waking up every hour
